I might be offered the claims trainee position soon, just I am conferenced about the background cheque. How in depth do they become ? They require everyone to take caste and I may have a fibbed a niggling about me during the interview. Since this is an entry level position, do they just take my word ?

did you embellish, or tell a fib? Big difference.
I'yard guessing time will tell what they uncover.

Claims trainee hardly needs a higher degree.

If you really want to work there, transport an email explaining your answer. As a manager, I would not have a problem receiving an electronic mail afterward an interview admitting a error similar this. But thats me personally. I am sure nearly Hour managers will await at this differently and may or may not rent yous. In virtually agencies, the manager has more than power than Hr but you never know. If they hire you and try to transport to some training that requires a bachelors caste after on, information technology volition be more inconvenient for y'all when you are fired. It is better to get it on the open now.
